I realised that there was never a formal announcement here to read up:
The Catara NWN server is offline for quite some time now, due to time constraints. I might revive it someday, but it is pretty unlikely. If anyone wants to use our custom classes or tools, ping me on twitter (@jollyorc) and we can see what we can do for you!

Rick "Ratman" Dorfus (various spawn locations) holds up a lantern in dark places, but somehow his lantern sheds no light.
on a related note, the placeable camp-fire sheds no light either.
Again related, if you shoot a camp-site from a distance using a bow, you take fire damage. -
on next restart:
Rick had the wrong lantern type, should be fixed
campfire got a nice VFX_DUR_LIGHT_YELLOW_15 attached
campfire fire damage got a proximity check added
